Sunglasses to improve your golf game

When someone told me that owning a good pair of sunglasses could improve my golf game, I thought that they were crazy.

I mean what would a pair of sunglasses do to improve my overall game. Funnily enough I managed to get a cheap pair of shades from one of my friends and decided to hit the course to test this theory out.

It was an overcast day and fairly bright. As you can imagine, most bright days mean that you squint a lot and I do recall when walking around the course without sunglasses that after a full day out, my face felt tired.

It’s sort of the same feeling you get if you’ve been laughing a lot or smiling for a long period of time. Anyway, after wearing sunglasses, I felt a lot calmer and not as tired by the end of the day.

Plus, I was able to make better judgements because there was no reflection or glare to look through. That made a big difference.

Most people think that golfers who wear shades are trying to look cool, but there’s a whole lot more to it than that.

Anyway, if you haven’t tried wearing sunglasses on the golf course before, then maybe you’ll consider next time, it could make the whole of difference to your game. And if nothing else you can just look cool in your shades.
